Hoyakerii is for meeting people with respect. These guidelines will apply in the app from launch. We are sharing them now so you know what to expect.
Adults only
Everyone on Hoyakerii must be 18 or older. We remove anyone who is not.
Be yourself
Use your own photos and real details. Do not pretend to be someone else.
Consent comes first
Conversations start only after a mutual match. If someone is not interested, accept it and move on. Never send sexual content to someone who has not clearly asked for it.
Respect everyone
No harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination based on who someone is, including their race, religion, caste, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality.
No scams or selling
Do not ask for money, promote products, or send people to other services for payment.
Stay safe
Meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going, and keep personal details private until you trust someone. Use block and report whenever something feels wrong; both are always free.
What happens if rules are broken
We review reports and may warn, limit, suspend or remove accounts. Where someone is in danger, we may contact the authorities.
